- Change agent:
An informal leader with strong communication, facilitation, and training skills who assists the change process from within the organizational structures.
- Communication:
A process in which individuals create and share information with one another in order to reach mutual understanding; includes dialogue.
- Critical issue:
Those issues that are deemed important to the organization, with regard to its present and future performance, and also to its stakeholders.
- Critical success factors:
A set of factors that are essential to the organization for gaining and maintaining a competitive advantage.
