Making E-learning Part of Your Culture

Your initial implementation is just the first step in the process to make e-learning truly part of your organization’s culture. Be patient. It’s going to take a while. After all, changing a culture is typically a long and difficult process. Unless your organization is in the midst of some crisis or a “burning platform for change,” expect the timeframe to be years and not months.

And, remember always that organizations don’t change, people do. So, you need to direct your efforts to making e-learning a regular part of every employee’s work life, and making it second nature to learners, managers, and executive alike.
