Customer Wants and Needs and Motivation

The strongest motivation is internal. You cannot force learners to learn. Positive reinforcement and intrinsic motivation work. Here are some pointers to help you create material for marketing and implementing e-learning in your organization:

  • Relevance: How do you create learning that people will clamor to take part in? Make it relevant to their needs. Answer the fundamental question: “What’s in it for me?” Make your e-learning relevant and state your value proposition clearly.
