Communication is the starting point for engaging your people and gaining their commitment to the change to e-learning. The importance and power of communication during change efforts cannot be underestimated. First, it is the way the sponsors deliver the vision and strategy to the organization. Second, it is the means to develop understanding of the change and the progress of the change process. Third, it is the mechanism for sending and receiving two-way communication and enabling dialogue between all the stakeholders.
