You have probably already conducted some type of general e-learning readiness assessment, but now you should conduct a readiness assessment specifically for e-learning implementation. The purpose is not to determine if or when, but rather how e-learning will be implemented. As you can imagine, there are as many models as opinions about what areas need to be assessed.
