Strategy Is the Key to Success

E-learning that does not change employee performance to support corporate objectives is not working. If you want to build an implementation strategy that works for your e-learning, you will need to stay focused on the following items:

  • Processes that have worked in other settings: Which approaches have worked in organizations similar to yours? Which approaches have you used for other clients?

  • The business goals of the organization: Where is the organization going? Who are the stakeholders and what are their concerns?

  • Barriers to change: How can you identify barriers that exist in your organization? How can you remove them?

  • The individual learner: How can you make each learner a partner in the progress of the company? ...
