Kevin Redmon has been an employee of Cisco Systems, Inc. in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina since October 2000. He has a bachelor of science in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio) and a master of science in information security from East Carolina University (Greenville, North Carolina). Kevin was a customer support engineer with the Cisco TAC Firewall Team from September 2007 to March 2011 and now supports the TAC VPN team at Cisco.
