Learning is a lifelong pursuit. Even if you have completed your formal education, take a class or workshop from time to time to keep challenging yourself. Personally, I like to take classes that are not in my field or specialty in order to bring new knowledge and perspective back to my work. In addition to learning a new skill set, I love the community-building aspect of being introduced to a set of peers outside my field.
