8. Fun Effects

The Effects panel (Figure 8.1), which is composed of Filters, Reflection, and Background, is the playground section of Photogene. There’s nothing practical about most of these effects with the possible exception of needing to change the background color on occasion. Don’t get me wrong, I love playgrounds, but I just want to set your expectations for what you’ll find as you explore each of the options. Similar to choosing a frame or glow option, part of the fun is matching the right effect to the right photo. Tap Enhance at the bottom of the interface to access the tools.
