PREFACE
Using and understanding PRINCE2® comes second nature to me. I am a born project manager and practitioner of the method in both my professional and private lives. That may sound strange, but that is how much I believe in this methodology. I see how it can be used and tailored to any project in any environment, at any time and with anyone – be it work-related or not.
On every training course I teach, I share my love of organized fun with my course delegates. By the end of each course, they too love it. They actually get it and leave wanting to apply it to their own lives (probably only their work lives, but that’s still a start!). Now, I want to share this passion with you.
