Cameron makes the case against independence

David Cameron entered the Scottish independence debate on Friday, making his first big speech on the issue in more than six months, and was immediately met by a barrage of abuse from Scottish nationalists.

Mr Cameron chose the Olympic velodrome in east London as the setting for a personal appeal to people living in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, to encourage their Scottish friends and family to vote “no” in September.
