Introduction

Energetics is a company that produces, distributes, and markets natural gas. In April 1999, Energetics’ total enterprise value was $39 million. At the end of 2003, it was $210 million. Its market capitalization in 1999 (adjusted for a reverse stock split) was $17 million. At the end of 2003, it was $165 million.
