Conclusion
Some years back, my partner, Gary Fraser, and I wrote an article on what we called the total innovation enterprise, or TIE for short.1 The basic premise of the piece is that all departments and all levels in an organization should be innovative, constantly searching, reaching, and innovating a better way.
