There is a common temptation to view leadership as pushing really, really hard and wanting to go really, really fast. We feel at times that change can’t ever be fast enough. But when the pursuit is for transformative change and the effort requires that each person put in the best of self day after day, the goal is achieved instead through revitalizing our organizations and shaping them in harmony with our values and deepest truths.
