The culminating aspect of culture is clearly the leader, or, rather, the space the leader needs to find for himself, the space to develop a management style that is true to the culture of liberating values he is creating. An impassioned symphonic orchestra needs a conductor in kind, a true, honest, passionate conductor that resonates with the players in a genuine way.
