THIS BOOK WAS INCUBATED along my course of years of leading bright and challenging creatives to follow their own path. It is to them, who put their trust in—or rebelled against—my guidance, and some of whose stories are narrated here, that I owe my gratitude. Without them and their stories, this book would not have been possible. You all know who you are, but the world may not need to. To each one of you I bow my head in appreciation.
