Rational Development and Test Environment for System z (RD&T), previously offered as Rational Developer for System z Unit Test (RDz-UT), is based on the IBM z Personal Development Tool and provides a small-scale, team-centric development and test platform for developers, testers, and operations personnel running z/OS and z/OS middleware.
