WAS-ND Administrative Runtime

In WAS V5, there is a name service, transaction service, security service, and JMX administrative server in each application server. This insulates application servers and the applications running in them from WAS administrative process failures. The result is that application servers and the applications running on them will continue to run uninterrupted in the event of an administrative process failure.
