About the Authors
John P. Lamb is currently a Senior Technical Staff Member for IBM in White Plains, New York. His work includes architecture and design for IBM Web services for several companies including the New York Stock Exchange and several large banks. Service offerings to corporations for collaboration services using products from Lotus, such as Web conferencing, instant messaging, and Web teamrooms, have recently become another focal area. John holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, M.S. degrees from the University of Utah and Pace University, and a Ph.D. in Engineering Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
