Multiplying out using Cartesian product merge, user source, and derive dummy

To produce every combination from two or more sets of records requires a Cartesian product operation. The recipe Cartesian product merge using key-less merge by key shows the simplest way of doing this in Modeler, by using a key-less merge. The current recipe shows a different method of generating a Cartesian product that uses dummy keys; this method dates from before the key-less merge operation was included in the software.
