Rooms and resources
Rooms and resources are created and managed in the Resource and Reservations application. Typically only selected people and the IT Department have access to this application. When rooms or resources are created, there can be restrictions assigned to them such as only the owner can book the room or only specific people. If we book a room with owner restrictions, our booking will be pending until the owner approves or denies the booking. The following is the screenshot of the Owner restrictions:
Each resource can have a limit on the how far in advance a room or resource can be reserved.
