The following exercises provide sample topics for self study. They will help ensure comprehension of this chapter.
Display the status of the sendmail daemon on your system. If it is not active, start the sendmail daemon.
Locate the entry in the /etc/rc.tcpip file that starts the sendmail daemon at system boot time.
Customize the sendmail daemon to process the mail queue every 45 minutes. Make this change take effect immediately.
