5.2. Validate skills needed
As part of your planning process, you should validate the skills needed to implement an e-business solution design. Be sure to validate the skills needed, including solution design, application design and development, system administration, technical support, and end user expertise and experience.
A shortage of skills and expertise can be overcome by implementing applications and processes that are easier to understand and use. However, to make this determination, you must first validate the skills that are needed.
