KPIs, Dashboards, and Balanced Scorecards
Just give me a dashboard.” That’s what a lot of managers ask for. They ask for a couple of key measurements that help to make the right decisions. There is nothing wrong with that. However, creating a dashboard is not an easy task. The problem is not only the data provision. The typical reporting and dashboarding capabilities are also not sufficient.
