About the Authors
Dan Volitich is president and owner of John Daniel Associates, which he cofounded in 1996 to serve the business intelligence market. Dan’s extensive experience with business intelligence (BI) began in the mid-1980s (before the market coined the term “BI”) at a large commercial real estate firm in Fairfax, Virginia. As the company’s IT director, he successfully delivered enterprise BI solutions, streamlining mission-critical business functions for every department in the company.
