Deploying from CICS Explorer SDK
In this chapter, we describe the deployment process for getting a Java application written on the workstation to be run in CICS. We use the Eclipse integrated development environment (IDE), enhanced with the CICS Explorer software development kit (SDK) plug-in, to demonstrate the deployment process through the various stages up to execution in a stand-alone CICS region or a CICSPlex environment.
