If you thought to yourself at any point while reading this book that those are neat images, then you must know who the creators were. My students have been so very helpful and enthusiastic during the creation of this book. They have taken little direction, sometimes no more than a “make it look like XXXX,” and delivered, on time, exactly what I had envisioned. They have tested this book during class, and their homework assignments have populated some of these pages as well as the website.
