Results
Descriptive statistics are provided in Table 4.1 along with the correlations between all pairs of variables. Table 4.2 shows the regression analyses between transformational leadership measures and each of the success criteria. All betas between transformational leadership and measures of project success were significant (p<.01), thus supporting the first hypothesis. A series of hierarchical regression analyses tested each of the moderator hypotheses. The results did not support any of the moderator hypotheses.
