Health Care Training and Development in Application

Health care training and development objectives must focus on four essential, interdependent elements, as illustrated in Figure 12.1. In fact, these dynamics should act as performance assessment criteria when designing a training and development curriculum, delivering the content to intended audiences, and evaluating the effectiveness of all health care training and development programs.
