SHRM Audit

One method used to assess SHRM effectiveness is an HRM audit, an in-depth analysis that evaluates the current state of SHRM in an organization. The audit identifies areas of strengths and weaknesses and where improvements are needed. During the audit, current practices, policies, and procedures are reviewed.
