About the Authors
Sharon Pande is Associate Professor, Human Resources and Behavioural Sciences, School of Business Management, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai. She has been there for four and a half years. She is also a human resources (HR) professional, psychologist and career counsellor.
Dr Pande completed her Ph.D. in Management this year from NMIMS. Her area of research was career counselling. She has an MBA in Human Resources and a Masters in Psychology.
