Synopsis
Specifies when the URL was last modified. The value is a date and
time in a valid format as described for the Date
header. If a client has a copy of the URL in its cache that is older
than the last-modified date, it should be refreshed. For example:
Last-Modified: Sat, 20 May 1995 03:32:38 GMT
