Brian Alley has been in the IT field since 1985, first working with NetWare 2.2 and then Windows NT 3.1. Brian has been teaching for Boston University since 1992 as both a staff instructor and consultant. He currently holds CompTIA's A+, Network +, Server +, and I-net + certifications and has sat on various A+ committees. He is an MCSE for Windows NT and Windows 2000 and has been an MCT. Currently, Brian is the owner of Connected Executive and eIT Training, where he provides consulting and training to small- to medium-sized businesses in various IT areas, including networking, security, integration, and automation.
