Conducting HR due diligence

Abstract:

The differences between the Chinese ways of doing things as measured against Westernised work practice may be leveraged and harmonised by adopting a standardised framework whenever Human Resource Due Diligence interventions are undertaken. Almost every situation or critical factor formulated within the framework from inside-out is examined in sufficient details to uncover HR risks that would otherwise be left unseen. In most instances, the critical factors revolve around people management and people-related costs issues.
