Step 8: Redraft HPI Scorecard
Once you have gathered and analyzed the feedback from key stakeholders, make any necessary changes to the HPI scorecard. Be sure to let your stakeholders know what changes you will be making based on their input. If significant changes are necessary, circulate a second draft for feedback. Number or date revisions so that stakeholders can easily identify the newest version.
Again, refer to your communication plan and circulate the current draft to those people you have identified who need to be informed, yet do not need to have input.
