6.7. PA-RISC Systems

The designs of specific systems using PA-RISC processors can have particular effects on performance. This section reviews major PA-RISC systems at a high level. For complete information, refer to the detailed documentation for a specific system.

6.7.1. Early Models

Figure 6-8 shows an early type of architecture: the HP-PB-based Series 800 Models F, G, H, and I servers. (HP-PB stands for HP Precision Bus architecture.)
