SAM and SCM

SAM and SCM are programs with Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) through which you can perform many system administration tasks. SAM is run on a local or remote system and SCM allows you to replicate tasks over multiple systems. Tasks that have traditionally been performed individually on many systems can now be performed across multiple systems in a cluster managed by SCM. Since these are both useful management tools, I decided to cover them in the same chapter: first SAM and the SCM.
