Managing execution
THIS CHAPTER IS DEDICATED TO THE EXECUTION OF STRATEGY. It will help you ensure that the initiatives that you tested and selected to be part of your strategy will actually be implemented and achieve the results you are looking for. In many peopleâs minds, the strategy process ends when the main actions and initiatives have been defined. We have added an extra phase, the one of lean testing. Nevertheless execution must be seen as an integral part of the strategy process and not as a separate standalone activity.
