Chapter 13 Second interviews

Interviewers don’t hold second interviews simply because they can’t decide who to offer the job to and they want another look at the candidates. The second interview is an opportunity to find out more about the candidates, or to enable someone more senior to interview a shortlist of candidates. Or maybe you were recruited through an agency who interviewed you initially, so this is the first time you’ve met the employer. Whichever is the case, it’s not going to be a straight repeat of the first interview.
