It frees the power of being part of something bigger and shows all employees how their areas of responsibility contribute to the company as a whole. It does not have to be difficult, and when good targets have been formulated, it makes many other things easier. For example, clear targets help us work proactively; they show us where to focus our energy and what to talk about at meetings.
