During my personal training I have faced various barriers and, like many other people when attempting to make body shape changes, I have found that the closer to the goal I get, the harder it becomes. This is not just because of frustration, but because of the body's own resistance to the process of change.
Why do I mention this?
Well, it's usually at this stage that some choose to reach for medical supplements to assist/support them over the last hurdle. There's nothing necessarily wrong with this, but my attitude to this approach, and the question I always ask myself is, what happens when I stop?
