What would you do with your life if you were a multimillionaire? Indulge me for a moment and imagine you have won the lottery and are in line to receive £10 million.
So that’s a 10 followed by six zeroes: £10,000,000. That’s a heckuva lot of money. And it’s tax-free too. There would be no more mortgage to worry about. No bills to fret over ever again. Of course, if you’re stupid and squander it on lavish holidays, fast cars and mansions, it won’t last long at all. But if you’re sensible, you could retire and live out your days enjoying a very comfortable life indeed.
