Although the list of 150 specific suggestions for ways to recognize and reward people is not exhaustive, it should include some ideas that you will find useful and others that will spark new ideas of your own. Many of these ideas have been mentioned elsewhere in the book, while others you will encounter here for the first time. Some are free (in monetary terms), many have a nominal cost, and a few are fairly expensive or open-ended (the dollar amount being up to you).
