Today's Presenters: A Mixed Bag

Every organization has outstanding employees whose technical or administrative skills are matched by their presentation skills. Much of the material in this book comes from the observations and experiences of many of these top presenters. In my experience, most of the people who rise to the top in organizations do so not only because they have demonstrated expertise in their specialties, but because they have good communication skills, particularly oral skills. (There are exceptions.)
