There are too many diverse influences on my life to identify any individuals to thank for the time-management knowledge and skills I have acquired along the way. However, I do want to mention the phenomenal group of people I worked with during my years in consultancy, working in the firm that is now called Deloitte. Ultimately, what all of you taught me is just how much it is possible for determined and able people to do. You gave reality to the old saying: ‘if you want something done, ask a busy person.’
