About the Interaction Institute for Social Change

In 1993, Interaction Associates created the nonprofit Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC) and committed 10 percent of IA’s pretax profits and up to ten paid days per year of every employee’s time to the work of IISC. Since then, the IISC has both drawn on the resources of IA and established itself as a distinctive organization with deep community experience, high-level collaborative skill, and multicultural staff and affiliates who reflect the communities it serves.
