Chapter 4Design a Process Map

As you begin to think about participating in or perhaps organizing a collaborative problem-solving process, you will undoubtedly have a host of questions. You might want to know, for example: How long will it take to reach consensus? How will the process work? How much will it cost? What kind of resources will we need? How many committees or task forces will be required? Who will be directly involved and how? How will the rest of the organization or community be included?
