Us in Customer

As you can see, there is no “I” in the word customer. Customer service means “team.” It involves all of us. This golden rule will apply in customer service forever. Train your employees to go that extra step every time. Ask one more question to be sure the customer is satisfied.

Can we satisfy every customer every time? Probably not. But, like the famous Mark Twain adage, if “you can please most of the people most of the time,” you’re doing great. There will always be people who are miserable and unhappy about everything, no matter how good you make it for them. That’s unfortunate.
