How to win in the interview
The FBI says âproper preparation and practice prevent a poor performanceâ. Prepare carefully and practise thoroughly before your interview. You will increase your confidence and your chances. Donât rely on charm and wit, thereâs too much at stake. Interviewers like well-prepared candidates who show a genuine interest.
Are you up to date with developments in your field? Scan the trade journals and the internet. What are the four or five latest innovations/initiatives/developments/trends? What are your opinions of them? You donât have to be a guru to be informed.
