Introduction
I’m pleased to have an opportunity to write another SharePoint end-user book. How to Do Everything: Microsoft® SharePoint® 2010 was my first end-user book, and my goal was to keep it highly approachable. I believe I accomplished that goal, but this time around, I’m aiming for a bit more balance for the readers who want to go one step further. I’ve added more “real-world examples” and a couple of chapters that introduce the topics of SharePoint administration and SharePoint development.
As with the previous book, I have included some reference material as well. Each chapter begins with a bulleted “How to…” list that provides a summary of the topics covered in that chapter.
